At St Mary’s our School Vision and Mission is :

At St Mary’s we are a community that welcomes, that nourishes our Christian values, that prepares our children for life-long learning and a place where friendships are forged with a hope for the future.

Our Strategic Intent is :

At the end of four years St Mary’s will have substantial :

• Growth in Literacy and Numeracy

• A rate of progress in all areas of the Victorian Curriculum

• Improvement in School Climate

• Improvement in expert teaching practice

Our Intent, Mission and Vision are included in our Staff Policy Folders, Staff Handbooks and displayed in each learning POD. We reflect on this during the course of collaborative planning regularly.
