On Tuesday we welcomed Phoebe Smith from The Resilience Project to take our staff through the core principles of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy. 

This was an opportunity for staff to not only reflect on their implementation of The Resilience Project program but to acknowledge and reflect on their own self care.
